Please make sure the setup area is clear of sticks, rocks, pet waste, toys, furniture, and any sharp objects. Gates, driveways, and access paths should also be open and wide enough for our team to bring the inflatable in.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

No. The entire inflatable must be placed on one flat, level surface. Setting it up half on grass and half on concrete or pavement creates uneven pressure, which can cause the unit to shift, twist, rub, or damage the seams, vinyl, and anchor points. For safety and equipment protection, the full unit must fit completely on the approved setup area.

No, inflatables cannot be moved after our team has completed setup. Moving the unit can damage the inflatable, affect anchoring, and create a safety issue.

Yes, most inflatables require access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, ask us about generator options before your event.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.  Customer must supply water hose for all units. A water hose can be provided if required at an additional cost.

No, customers are responsible for providing a working water hose for water slides and wet combo rentals. If you need us to provide a hose, we may be able to include one for an additional fee, so please let us know before your event.

You can reschedule or cancel your rental at no extra cost in case of rain as long as it is done the day before the start of your event. Cancellations the day of delivery are subject to a $50 fee. If you have an emergency and need to cancel, please give us a call.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
